4:30 – 5pm: “Color is How You Light It” by LD John Gates
Description:
Color Perception and How to Use Color Creatively On-Camera We don't live in a black & white world, but why are so many lighting people afraid to use color? Perhaps one reason is because how a color appears depends on what other colors you see around them – colors change depending on other colors seen around them. This phenomenon occurs both to your eye and on-camera. The session will include live and recorded demonstrations of color perception and good color choices.
